We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    •    Unworn and unused

    •    In the same condition as received

    •    With original tags attached

    •    In its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase and photos of the item.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note: Our return address is located in Southern Europe.

Damages & incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

    •    Custom or personalized items

    •    Special orders

    •    Sale items (returns accepted only in certain cases—contact us first)

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
